We show up, walk the property with a moisture meter, and tell you honestly what we are seeing, including when the answer is this looks fine. If testing is the right next step we explain why before we do it, not after. If your results come back clean, that is the whole visit. If they do not, you get a plain language report and it is your decision what happens next.

Inspection First, Always

We offer both inspection and testing as well as remediation, and we are upfront about that instead of pretending otherwise. What we do not do is let one influence the other. The inspection findings and the report you get are the same no matter what you decide to do next, and there is never a hard sell during the visit itself.
